Mitsubishi LaserVue Review

The man from Time, he say yes!

OK, so this blog doesn't have as big a readership as Time Magazine, I can understand that, its fair, I'll get over it. But at least I'll pick up their story and add my take.

What I love about Josh Quitter's review is that he straight away gets to the hub of the issue. A TV is not just for watching television programmes on, its a bragging tool just like a Ferrari or private jet is to some. The Laser TV is not cheap, being several times cheaper than a sports car, it still is something to wow your peers with.

He makes a startling, but accurate assertion, however. HE states that the LaserVue is "the best home-entertainment display in America."

The price at $6.999 (£4.5k ish) is not something you'd want to pay in this economic climate - unless you were liquidising your positions and turning them into physical assets ;-)

There's no real techy review here, but that's for the geek porn mags, this review is about the status symbol that is Laser TV

LaserVue Owners Manual And Guide

So you've got 4 HDMI ports, S-Video, Composite video, Audio inputs, Component video inputs and of course, 2 antenna ports - looking good! Oh and a USB port for looking at your photos via a USB cable or SD Card/USB adapter.

But I don't expect grandma to be able to get her head around this instructions! Look at them:

Another nice feature is that its got NetCommand HDMI Control too so you can control other devices.

Take a look over the manual if you've got a few days to spare.
