The Future's Bright - Because it's Laser Shaped

The thoughts of much of the technology press is that the new set of laser TV's coming to the market at the end of the year will be a massive hit as apparently the picture quality is outstanding (don't they always say that) and the tv's will be much lighter!

Toshiba Leaves Canon in the Rain with SED TV

Toshiba has announced that it is to leave the SED TV venture they have with Canon.

Canon will purchase all the outstanding shares in the company from Toshiba. But the SED TV sets are still to be released in the fourth quarter of 2007.
