Toshiba Leaves Canon in the Rain with SED TV

Toshiba has announced that it is to leave the SED TV venture they have with Canon.

Canon will purchase all the outstanding shares in the company from Toshiba. But the SED TV sets are still to be released in the fourth quarter of 2007.
